[September 4th, 2015]

We have our first couple of apartment shoppers coming today—and everything's in its place, even the little things. :)

Aviv and I were joking last night, as we cooked for another floor-meal, that perhaps we would put some champagne out on ice, with a couple of glasses and a welcome home sign. Joking...but mostly serious. Isn't that an open house tactic? Here's hoping the loft rents out quick!
